Walking Therapy

A time, a place, a unique perspective...

Walking while you're talking can put things into perspective. Different sights and sounds shed light on issues during a certain time and place. That's why I offer this kind of therapy, also known as Ecotherapy. It can help you look at your issues from a different angle, and is a unique experience compared with indoor counselling.

Unlike sitting in a room we're able to chat on the move, which you may find more comfortable. There are many places we can walk: it might be The Meadows, Princes Street Gardens. Feel free to go at your own pace, and even take a bench for a while. But let's not worry about the Scottish weather. If it plays up we can either change the times or we find a secluded seat in a cafe, and I can meet you near your work for a lunch hour session.
